After completing PT for a torn Achilles, I felt that I needed more training to improve my walking and overall strength & movement. A friend recommended Elizabeth & couldn’t be happier. She understands how the body is supposed to function, knows her anatomy cold, and designs an exercise routine each week that is tailored to my unique needs. She has a whole-body approach rather than treating an individual injury. She is kind & caring & has been flexible in accommodating my schedule as much as possible. Highly recommend!
